3 easy; 4x1200 (800); 1 easy. Looks like I was running at 4:30.5 average (about 6:05/mi.), which is between VDOT 52-53 pace, a notch and a half slower than my tempo run a few days ago. But it was really windy (20 mph), and it's been a month since I've been on the track at all and a really long time (four and a half months) since I've done 1200's. So it's good just to be back at it. This is ok.
