(177) Had to break the streak already (made it just 3 weeks) to rest my left glute. It's what I needed, though, because it was fine today during and after this run. I was going to run 17-18, but the hills on this route were punishing and we picked it up nicely towards the end. So this was enough. Afterwards I saw some people doing the pigeon stretch (a yoga pose) and realized that's what I need to be doing regularly to stretch my glutes.
