Not quite all out. Was only pushing in mile 4 to keep the pace even. Very happy with this as a sub-max effort 9 days before Rehoboth. Looking at Strava, I see that during the first half my cadence was mid-high 180s! I don't recall ever seeing a cadence that high in a race, especially when I wasn't thinking about cadence. In the second half it dropped down to and then under 180.
