Easy run with 1 mile at 3:10 MP at the end, which also felt easy. Woke up groggy. Since it's Sunday and I'm planning an off day tomorrow (because of the taper), I could afford to put off running until afternoon. I felt much better after eating lunch and felt strong on this run. The pace felt easy and slow. Even MP at the end didn't feel fast, though it got me breathing harder. Breaking in a new pair of Ravenna's in case I prefer to wear them in the marathon. My left foot is still tender in the ball area.
