Not so good, though I guess the quality of this run was between my previous two similar runs. It's not a weekend, so Beach Drive was open to traffic and I had to run offroad there. In places the ground was uneven, and that may account entirely for my pace being a tad slower than the first time I did this. But I also stopped at the top briefly and then later I walked up the really steep block. I felt like I was bonking a little after around 10 miles. That may be the consequence of not doing enough medium-long runs lately. But I handled the hills in RCP themselves fine.
