3 x .75 miles (.5 miles) at some sort of fast pace. Running on a mostly flat but windy road with a hard and uneven surface along the harbor on Spetses. Shoes felt heavy, as did my legs after yesterday's hills. Times: (1) 4:33, (2) 4:34.5, (3) 4:43.5. Clearly I slowed badly on the last one, and I had been taking extra time in between. Surprisingly humid for an island. But the real problems are (1) that I'm slow, (2) that my legs are tired from yesterday's hills, which I'm not used to yet, and (3) that the unusual route and heavy shoes threw me off. Whine, whine.
