8 x :45 hills with 2:00 recoveries on Queen's Chapel. I need to keep doing that. Felt worn down yesterday and as I warmed up today. But this felt good once I got going, and for the most part my stride was very even. It looks like I had trouble keeping it even pretty much only during the intervals at pace, but it wasn't too bad. I could feel it getting uneven sometimes, but working on this (and massage) are helping. With exquisite timing, a woman told me just as I finished that I have a marathoner's stride - confident, like a giselle. By the way, these shoes are fantastic.
