5, 4, 3, 4, 3, 2, 3, 2, 1 min. with half recoveries. Right glute tightened up toward the end. It's been feeling tight for maybe a week, but this is the first time it's bugged me while running. On my cool down jog I thought for a bit that I'd have to walk home, but then it loosened enough that I could jog very slowly. Luckily I had an appointment with Josh scheduled immediately afterwards.
