Notes
Warm, sunny, and humid again. Did an O/B with a few others on the MVT instead of crossing the Wilson bridge and metroing back on Anna's new The Awakening route. Rough after 15 or so and took some breaks, but no walk/jogging like a couple weeks ago. Drank so much liquid (water and gatorade), took two gels and two electrolyte pills. Still was getting chills towards the end.
