Notes
(173) Waited for rain and wind mostly to stop, then ran with my new waterproof Ultimate direction jacket for the first time. It's very warm, and I ended up taking it off for the last couple miles. But it'll work for colder runs in rain (40 or below, or a bit warmer with wind and heavy rain). Supernovas are fine. Whatever caused my hip to freak out, it wasn't these Supernovas. I should do more easy runs in UP. The hills are good for leg muscles.
