2 x .75 miles (.5 mile jog). Intended to do 4 intervals, but didn't. It was hot (88 when I got back at 9:15), I was happy with my speed on the first two, but my energy dissipated quickly, and this is a recovery week. So why not just stop? Intervals: (1) 4:20.89 = 5:47.85/mi., (2) 4:20.39 = 5:47.19/mi.
