Notes
Missed the start because of construction on the bridge, so I started off moderately fast in order to catch people. I never had any hope of catching the front group, which I didn't even see until afterwards because they also went further than me. I did catch everyone else, but they were all running slower and/or different distances. The pace I had set out on felt good and I wanted to stick with it, so I mostly ran alone. Somewhat nicer weather today and shade on the towpath helped, as did the Endorphin Speeds. But still this was my best long run in almost a year. Left hip sore afterwards, but otherwise I feel somewhat like my old self (pun intended). Now I need to go longer, keeping it easy for a while, before introducing push miles.
