77/64. 12 x 1k @ 3:57.7 avg. w. 90 sec. rests. Was supposed to begin at 4:10-15 and work down to 3:50-55. I started ok but then got going too fast too soon. On the 11th one I had to stop and go behind a tree. But I finished it and made the last one my fastest. Felt like crap when I woke up this morning, so I ate (twice) and waited until I felt a bit better. Never felt great and ran at mid-day in a (shaded) place where I've never done a workout before and which took me a few intervals to get right. Used new shoes too, which felt fast but (like any really light shoes) somewhat jarring.
