(184) 13th OA and 1st 45-49. 9 seconds slower than last year. Stomach felt icky like I needed to poop the whole time. Felt like I couldn't push, but look at my HR! Cadence was good. At least I maintained a pretty consistent pace. Need to run more miles, stretch, and get back to supplementary exercises.
