Running the Tuesday workout one day later. 4 by 5 minutes at ~6:30 pace, 3 minutes recovery.
It turned into ~6:30 pace for 5 minutes, 1 minute walking, then 2 minutes slow jog. One and two were pretty good, three was tough, and four was rough. Also did about a mile and a half of warm up and cool down each. My legs were pounding on the cool down, which I haven't had for a while. Overall, good run.
