Yeah, the pace is extremely misleading. Ran with Dan, Shane, Lane, Vicki, and Stacy. Everyone except for Lane fell at least once, and I tried my hardest to take Lane down with me on a hill. The problem was the epic ice. I hit one patch before running in front of Morgan and managed to slide from the stairs to the road. The other problem was the puddles and running in the road. In short, blearch. Nice to run with people, and the loop is decent, but the ice was sketchy as all-get-out.
