Notes
This race felt better. Didn't do quite enough to warm up, but it was warm enough that it wasn't really a serious problem. I was tasting the garlic bread from dinner, which wasn't great, but overall this run was reasonable. A bit of a positive split, but I ran relatively well.

Race 1 of the Capital Challenge (Starts at 8:30 PM)
Goal: Sub 43:20 (about 7 minute mile pace)
This is an interesting course. Starts on the square, then around for a bit to avoid State Street for the first mile. Then the Crazylegs section without the out and back, past Camp Randall at mile four. Then onto the Southwest Commuter Path all the way to the Kohl Center at mile five, then back to the Capitol via Dayton and State Street.
