Felt okay. First three were too fast, four was under control (needed to cross Seminole), five was slow, six was slower (knee lit up slightly), seven/eight were fine. Long cooldown though - knee felt okay.

Course Note - I did the backward and short version of this route. Started up to the bike path, then took Cannonball all the way up to PD bridge, then back on Badger state. So didn't do the Agora loop that's on this map and backward.

Weirdly, auto-summing doesn't work right for this? It's saying that the total distance is 6.4 something, but that's not counting the recoveries inbetween the intervals.
