Ended up scrapping the workout (again) - I probably could have forced something short, but the Freeze for Food should serve as a solid enough workout for this week.

Run was pretty good; right calf started tightening up at mile 8 ish, so I need to keep an eye on that. That probably means that tomorrow is off (also the dentist appointment), then relatively light and easy for Thursday and Friday.
