Bad workout.
3 by 2 mile, 5:36 mile pace, 2 min recovery
EDIT: Looking at the watch... I'm confused. This is much more in line with what I've been doing for tempo pace, but it felt horrendous. It wasn't at the pace I was aiming for, but that pace jumped by 10 seconds after the 10K. I'm still calling this a bad workout, but it's not as bad as I originally thought.
