Notes

Long run. Cracked at mile 14 in the heat after dumping/drinking something like 2 liters worth of water on this run.

Even with the last two miles being 9:30 ish pace with 2 or 3 minutes of walking, I was still moving okay on the run. With that said, it helped that I had water stops at mile 6, 8, 11 and a shade stop at mile 13 since I had emptied out my bottle. I finished this run at 164 and that was (a) with drinking to thirst, (b) dumping a bunch of water on my head, (c) sitting in a tub of tepid water for a bit, and (d) having half a Spotted Cow (which, I get the appeal of now - that was very tasty).

Run is a long out and back that's unfortunately downhill out.
