9 miles @ MP (6:50) pace

Felt pretty good during the run; then my legs tightened up at work (probably due to dehydration). Run itself was pretty good. This loop is deceptively rolling at sub 7, which gives me a little pause. At the same time, I finished the 9 and felt like I still had another two or three still loaded, which I haven't had for a while.
