Final Tune-Up for Across the Years in Fitchburg?

Nope, standard long run crew run - that said, very nice 7.6 with Jean-Luc, Steve, and Brandon, then 7.4 solo. It was a lovely day and we avoided the rain, which was lovely. These shoes are a touch tight, which isn't ideal, but they are pretty comfy otherwise.

After the break at Panera, I went from around 8:40-8:45 to 8 flatish.
