Very garbage weather, so laps in McKee Park. I deliberately kept my heart rate in the 150-160 range, so I definitely slowed down nicely. Also the garbage weather helped slow everything down, so there's that.
It's looking like a final good long run next weekend and an ending total in the 2120-2130 range, which is pretty lovely.
