Notes
Very chilly morning with the long run group. Good run all in all, even if the last five miles in the middle segment were solo.
Started with Ryan, Brian, Steve, and Sarah (??) running a variant of Eagle School. That was nice, but a bit more pushed than really smart. Then everyone but Brian and I turned back in at Panera; Brian headed home and I did a slightly extended Solo Wing Pixy via ThermoFisher's driveway. That was pretty nice and I felt good with the effort throughout, a bit harder than really ideal, but not so much that I'm coming apart and completely tanked.
