Weight: 1-*nice* post-run. Yeah, yeah, it's post-run and before breakfast and with a soupcon of dehydration.

-Route needs a name too-. Scratch that, I've got it.

Run was fine, not amazing. Wasn't actually planning to run this loop (that I just made up), but was going and felt okay. This is deceptively hilly.
