Sure did! I think this was pretty solid - I didn't feel great on the run, but I'm also over 100 miles in the last two weeks (rolling) and both repeats were in the appropriate pace band. Minor counterpoint, I did avoid all of the big hills on the loop; a two mile warmup puts the start near the top of the hill on Whalen and then mile 5 is the foot of the hill of Noble Knight.
Adding splits and huh - that's a solid workout. That's a touch quicker than I thought - second repeat was much less steady than I really like, but counterpoint - more hills and one road crossing that I couldn't power straight through.
