LONGEST RUN EVER! I ran with Catherine and Hannah for the first part (until the end of Assumption), which is part of the reason for the slow pace. The other reason is that I was a bit tight from yesterday's Steady Run. But the route was as followed: Long Lake-Assumption-Moreland-Mill St.-The Elm Park Warm Up-Honey Farms-A Lap of the Quad.
