Kind of savage workout. Lead a few of the 800s but was feeling pretty trashed by the end. Forgot my watch, so times are roughly estimated.

800s- 2:26 (?-started in a 39, Scott was having a tough day), 2:25, 2:26, 2:26-7 (sucked wind hard)
