I'll check the distance later, probably this weekend. Ditto splits.
Felt like a pretty decent workout. My legs were a touch sluggish, but I think it's because I haven't run on grass for a while. Also, Institute Park has some treacherous ditches and holes, that, if hit while running uphill, are energy suckers. But I ran with Freshman Joe and we were pretty close to where we were told to be. Slowest split: 3:48, fastest: 3:44.
Our recoveries were a touch long, but not too bad.
