Pretty slow tempo, but it was also the first 75+ day in a month and no shade whatsoever. Also ran solo from Sisters to the end because Lucas was light-headed (and not aiming as fast), Jeremy/Brendan/Rob/Josh all didn't show up, mostly because of the marathon.
Estimated distance: 6.35 miles in 40 minutes, 6:18 pace. Aiming for 5:47 pace or so, but that quickly got shelved.
EDIT: Damn, I'm good. GPS: 6.35 miles in 40:00.28.
