Summer Lifting
The biggest thing that I'm facing with these is doing them on a marble floor... I should really start doing them on the grass outside the basketball court.
Also, it's seems like it takes me a really long time to complete... But then I look at the workouts and each one should take about 1:30, so it should take this long. It feels like this is so long I'm getting lazy and slipshod with it.
