I dunno, 5 miles at 7 minute pace?

No, ran the MO backward. Those hills are no joke - started at about 6:10 AM, which was a little later than I wanted, but the run was solid. I like running this backward because it's definitely a hill stress test. The hills at mile 2 and 5 are steeper than they seem and Osmundsen is very quietly mostly uphill this way.
