Cruised for four laps in the park. Thought about this year's races for the most part and what it would look like to have a great run for them.
Then felt muscles in my right knee pulsing and twitching while I was sitting and doing a bit of work at home after dinner. So, y'know, that's fun. (Real talk, that was actually really neat to have my palm on the inside of the knee feeling the twitches.)
