3 by 2 mile at 6-6:10 pace; 3 min jog.

Weird day - I wasn't enthused for a run to start, but felt better by mile 2. I definitely didn't want to run a workout (at least a "formal" one), so I planned for 5. At the turn for Reverse Eagle School, I felt solid, so I kicked out for more. Then I saw 7:20 for a mile split. So... I just slowly pushed until 3 to home because I dipped under 6:50. It's something; not focused, but also kind of fun. Also, the black shoes don't work for long-ish runs and I now have my new speedsters lined up.

Splits: 7:31, :32, :24, :33, :24, 7:08, 6:49, 7:11, 7:17, extrapolated 7:28. Huh - this is probably an awkward pace, but also, I think it shows that I have some endurance even without some of the long runs that I would truly like.
