Antsy as heck right now. That said, 13:07, 13:00. Too fast, but I also feel pretty great right now, so let's find out. (This is a loose comparsion, but I did this workout in April 2019 and ran 13:26 twice - then ran 3:03 at Illinois. Do with that what you will.)
