Let's do something fast. 7 by 3 minutes at sub 6:30, 1:30 recovery. Kind of like 800 repeats.
Yeah, that didn't happen. Instead, 4 by mile sub 7 minute pace, 1 minute recovery. This felt pretty good. Managed to catch the 45-50 minutes between rain showers in the morning, so I'm okay with this. Accelerated for all four miles, and was comfortably under 7 minute pace for all four. Probably had another one in my legs, but didn't have the time this morning. Short warmup and cooldown as well.
