Notes
Holy crap, it's so muggy outside. According to the Weather Channel, it feels like 101 outside. Of course, the dew point is 79 and the temperature is 88. For the ugh index (combine the two) it's 167, where 160+ is "don't even bother". Ugh.
The original plan was to sleep in a bit (success) and do a long run of about 10 miles (yeah, that's a big ol' nope). I would try to run at night, but that isn't any better. Last night, I walked to the supermarket. When I got home at 8:40 PM, it was 93 with a dew point of 75. Fuckin' tropics.
