Woo, this was maybe a little higher effort than ideal. That said, this felt really good. Running with Maria is nice, but it's also just a tiny bit off rhythm-wise and I tend to really feel that. Like the pace should feel really good, but I think it's just a little too uneven - I am at my best if I dial in and just tune out for miles at a time (okay, my version of tune out, which is still very, very watch-checking-heavy and thinky).
