Good workout. 3 by 1200, 3 by 800. Fast on the first, reined in on the second, locked in on the third. I think 3:50, 3:56, 3:58, 2:36, 2:38, 2:38-9.
Ran with Brendan and that made the workout so much better.
My left leg was super tight from the second 800 until I went to bed. Also I had to rush the cooldown a tiny bit because I had auditions at 6.
