Solo after letting Maria into the house. Felt okay, not amazing. Did drop a 7:11 mile on PD because it's a huge downhill and I had a stiff breeze at the back.
EDIT: it was a 7:17 and the 7:22 mile for the last 2 full miles. Not quite as exciting...
