6:15ish should be HMP, so it should be very manageable
First was really bad (I think it wasn't enough warm-up), second was okay, but still not great (had to stop because a guy had his dog's leash all the way across the path, which could have been SUPER bad), third was okay-ish. I just really struggle with this specific workout - I also think I'm pushing relatively hard and nearly to the point of needing the taper.
