Brian's Super Mystery Workout
The Kosmin Test. Went pretty awesomesauce. First two felt good, third was hard, at about 200 into the fourth, my legs completely rubberized.
According to the calculations, this equates to a 4:16.5 1500. If I can break 4:20, I will be happy with a 20 second PR.
