I think these shoes are finally dead - I'm going to take them out of rotation and move them to walk-arounds.
Run was okay, not amazing. I'm just a tiny bit sick - my heartrate has been elevated all day and it was kind of spiking on this run. I saw 170 at the bottom of the hill on Lacy, so I walked to drop that back into the 150s briefly. Humid today, which also doesn't help. Bleurgh.
