Technically? I should probably rename this to UW Arb or something, but it's the first time I've actually driven to the arb to run! Maria and Ross attending as well and this was a lovely, if windy run. Just a really nice day overall, with brunch afterwards.
9:10, 9:06, 9:04, 8:29, 8:33, 8:36, 8:36 - that's some very clean splits! This is also good that Maria felt good the whole way with the cold asthma trigger - it's manageable if it's not quite as cold.
