Yeah, I had a mile at 6:36 and then pulled the plug. Legs are okay, but definitely still kind of tired from this weekend. Fight another day - pleasant run though! Loop is Posting Up, but staying on Posting Up all the way to the bike path to come home - it's a short version of Posting Hot Taeks, which I've never actually run.
Modified from the map to cut home via the old detour, because I like that section.
