Felt solid, which was a good thing today because I have needed a good run for a while. Saw Shaun down at the track and we ran our cooldown together. Also ran with Boucher for a bit during the warmup. You probably won't get the individual splits because it would be 48 laps (again), but I was going about 600 meters, 130 meters, 300 meters, 70 meters, 150 meters, 60 meters (give or take quite a lot).
