I've really been struggling with these long runs recently - at some part it's because of the pacing, but it's something that I need to keep working on.
That said, this felt okay enough - mile 9 was a struggle (about a minute of walking or so, 8:46), but the last mile was a pretty solid recovery (7:51). Loop was different than mapped; ended up going down Fish Hatch to avoid the Festival of Speed and then came back via Lacy mostly, again to avoid the SpeedFest.
