10-ish; aiming for 6:30ish
**Note the weight and all of this makes way more sense.** I had 7 at about 6:40ish and then took a 4 minute walk break because the tank was completely empty. I took Fish Hatchery home, but I was absolutely completely devoid of energy after about mile 9, to the point of leaning on the street signs at mile 12. Not great, but I can pretty instantly point to being something like 6 pounds down (??!?!) and trying to run a workout. That's feckin' stupid and I'm glad I figured that out a bit earlier than usual.
7 at 6:37 is a-okay for conditions and pushing the issue.
