Notes
Ayup. I'll chalk this up to a few factors:
1) Traveling is rough, even though it's only to St. Louis. There's no good running near the hotel, so I'm stuck on the treadmill even when it's nice. Additionally, something is odd about my stride on treadmills because my knees get achy at about 5 miles, even though I can do faster for longer outside.
2) Breaking in new shoes. Minor issue, but not nothing.
3) The weather. Madison didn't get obliterated by the storms this weekend, but we didn't have good weather all weekend.
4) Fundamentally, I'm kinda lazy. shrug emoji.
So... yeah, low mileage this week.
